Strolee Warranty


At Strolee, we want you to have the best experience with your stroller! That's why we offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring your stroller is free from any manufacturing defects when used as intended and according to the instructions.

We offer an extended warranty which can be purchased by clicking here.

Our warranty is for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase (including order number and details). It does not cover strollers bought from unauthorized sellers or replacements. Please note, we cannot ship replacement parts or repair items outside the United States.


What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Damage from neglect, theft, or abuse
  • Exposure to sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage, or frequent washing
  • Use of non-Strolee accessories 
  • Damage from airline handling (claims should be filed with the airline, but we can help with proof of purchase)
  • Dissatisfaction with product features, function, or aesthetics
  • Damage from overloading the stroller beyond its weight capacity
  • Issues arising from using the stroller for commercial purposes, like rental or daycare
  • Alterations or modifications to the stroller not performed by Strolee

Strolee will provide replacement parts and conduct repairs as needed. We reserve the right to determine if the warranty terms and conditions apply.

We offer a 30-day trial period so you can test Strolee products in the comfort of your own home. This gives you the chance to experience the ease, comfort, and quality of our strollers firsthand. To ensure a full refund, please keep the items in new condition and avoid using the strollers outdoors.
